Shipping & Returns
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 14:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
The price of shipping depends on whether you live in the Netherlands or Belgium and the weight and dimensions of the package.
€2.88 or 3.84 for little letterbox packages
€4.10 for packages that fit through the letterbox.
€6.75 for packages that do not fit through the letterbox.
From 75 the shipping costs are free..
€4.65 or 7.75 for little letterbox packages
€9.30 for all other packages
Delivery is via PostNL. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. We are not responsible for the pick-up times of PostNL, it is possible that the PostNL bus will collect the packages later or earlier, so that your package arrives a day later.
Return your order
If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can register unused items as a return within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to return the product. If the item does not meet the conditions, we cannot accept the return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must include all cards.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns are at your own expense.
How do I register my return?
You can register your return by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, stating your order number and the product you want to return. Please also mention the reason for return, so we can improve our quality.

If you have ordered something but it does not fit properly, you can exchange this product for a different size, provided it is in stock. When we receive your return, we will send you the right size as soon as possible. If we no longer have this product, your money will be refunded to your account.g.
When will Ambitieux pay for my return?
If you have a complaint about an item you purchased online, please contact our customer service. Send as much information as possible, preferably including specific order numbers.
If you have returned an item that is faulty, we will also reimburse the return costs that you have had to incur.
When will I get my purchase amount back?
The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be returned to your account within a maximum of 14 days. We do our very best to refund the amount as soon as possible. You will receive the money in the same account with which you paid.
